Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to anyone using services described in www.time4languages.co.uk (hereinafter: “Time4Languages” “Website owner”). Time4Languages service users under the age of 18 must obtain written permission from a parent or legal guardian. The parent/guardian will be held responsible for any outstanding payments acquired by the minor.

2. Provision of the Service.

Each class is private (one teacher and one student per class) and lasts 60 minutes. Having said this, the customer can decide to have more sessions. The provision of the service is subject to availability of class schedules and times.

Time4Languages reserves the right to modify, without previously notifying the customer, its Terms and Conditions.

 

4. Information on the Website

Whilst every effort is made to update the information contained on this website, neither the Website Owner nor any third party or data or content provider make any representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, opinions, any share price information, research information, data and/or content contained on the website (including but not limited to any information which may be provided by any third party or data or content providers) (“information”) and shall not be bound in any manner by any information contained on the website. The Website Owner reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of this website and its terms and conditions. No information shall be construed as advice and information is offered for information purposes only and is not intended for trading purposes. You and your company rely on the information contained on this website at your own risk. If you find an error or omission at this site, please let us know.

 

 

5. Rescheduling or Cancellation of Classes

A class may be rescheduled or cancelled no later than 24 hours before the original class reservation. A class reservation is any communication in which the teacher confirms the class. This can be via email, speaking on Skype or Zoom or on the phone. Any cancellation after 24 hours before the class then the full class credit is payable and will not be re-credited. If no rescheduling has been done and a Student fails to attend the class, then that will be deemed as though they have attended, and they will be charged for that class.

6. Class Attendance

The Teacher will wait for 15 minutes from the start time of the class and if after 15 minutes the Student does not connect to Skype or Zoom and start the class then the Teacher will treat that class as having been taken and no refund will be given for non-attendance.

7. Cancellation by the Teacher

Occasionally, the Teacher may have an unavoidable emergency or illness that could result in them having no option other than to cancel your class for that day or week. When this happens, you will be sent an email as soon as the Teacher knows. You as the Student will not be charged the class credit for the cancelled classes and you are free to re-book your class or classes at a time when the Teacher advises you that they can recommence work.

 

8. Trademarks

The trademarks, names, logos, and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the Website Owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any licensee or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the Website Owner.

 

9. Privacy and security

Time4Languages will not provide customers’ information to third parties unless it is legally required by the appropriate legal authorities. Users may occasionally be contacted by Time4Languages with questions about overall product quality and service as well as promotions. The user can contact us at any time if they wish their details to be removed.

 

10. Prices, payment, and cancellations.

All the prices in the Time4Languages.co.uk website is expressed in pound sterling (GBP, £). All prices exclude any additional charges such as taxes, interests or rates charged by the customer’s credit card company or bank, as well as any rates associated to connecting to the Internet. If a payment is not made 24 hours prior to the class, Time4Languages reserves the right to delay or cancel the class until a payment is made.

11. All cancellations or modifications to class schedule made by the user (student) must be made with a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. Otherwise, the class will be counted as taken by the user.

12. The user is responsible for providing a working internet connection and will not be responsible for internet disruptions or other technical inconveniences related to the user’s internet connection. All purchases are non-refundable. If the student wishes to cancel or suspend his / her untaken classes (totally or partially) he / she can resume these classes any time.

 

13. Copyright, access, and interferences.

All contents, materials and recordings provided by Time4Languages to the students (before and during the classes) are the exclusive property of Time4Languages and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Students must use contents and materials for private use exclusively and are not allowed to: – Reproduce, publish, share, distribute or translate these materials without a consent of Time4Languages– Copy, access, monitor, or collect these contents and materials without consent of Time4Languages.

 

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this country. If any clause or part of this Agreement is considered invalid by any court or arbitrator, that does not mean that the whole Agreement will be judged invalid. By making a purchase, you are declaring that you have a complete understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Agreement of Time4Languages.
